Acceptance of Terms

By using Get AI Rap Video at getairapvideo.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the Service Does

Get AI Rap Video takes a text prompt, and optionally a starting image, and returns a short video generated by a third-party AI model. Available models change over time. We may add, remove, or replace models, and may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Videos and Billing

• Rap videos are sold one at a time or in packs (for example 1, 5, 35, 90 or 300 videos). Each pack is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Videos you have bought do not expire and stay in your account until you use them.
• One render uses one video from your balance, whether it runs 5, 10 or 15 seconds. The cost is shown before you submit.
• A video is taken from your balance when the render is queued, not when it finishes.
• If a render fails on our side, the video is returned to your balance automatically. A render that completes is counted even if you dislike the result.
• Payments are non-refundable. A failed render is made good by returning the video to your balance, not by a cash refund, and unused videos are not refunded either. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a change never affects videos you have already bought.

Ownership of What You Generate

Every paid video includes a commercial licence. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the videos you generate with them and may use them commercially. We claim no ownership over your prompts or your renders.

Free clips are different. Any free clip we offer (for example as a trial or promotion) is for personal, non-commercial use only. By rendering it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display, reproduce and publish that clip — for example in our showcase, on social media and in marketing. We do not publish your name or email address with it, and deleting the clip from your library does not withdraw copies we have already published.

Two limits are worth stating plainly. First, AI models can produce similar output for similar prompts, so we cannot promise your render is unique. Second, the copyright status of AI-generated material differs between countries and is still settling. If your use depends on holding registrable copyright, take your own legal advice.

Content You May Not Generate

You agree not to use the service to create:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a sexual context. This is an immediate and permanent ban.
• Sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent.
• Content that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, including political deepfakes and fabricated statements attributed to real people.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
• Videos of a real person made from their photo without their permission, including celebrities and public figures.
• Any video using a photo of a minor.
• Imitations of a real artist's voice, name, lyrics or songs.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against a person or group.
• Content that breaks the law where you are, or that violates the terms of the underlying model provider.

You are responsible for the prompts you write and the images you upload, including having the rights to any material you upload.

Enforcement

We may review renders where abuse is reported or suspected, and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Unused videos in a terminated account are not refunded where the termination follows a breach of the content rules above.

Model Output

Generated video is produced by statistical models. It may be inaccurate, may not match your prompt, and may contain artefacts. We provide it as is, make no promise about fitness for a particular purpose, and are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Render times depend on third-party model infrastructure and queue load.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where they affect you, announced through the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
